Refund policy
Cut-flowers sale are final and cannot be return or exchange. If you receive flowers that are damaged or do not meet freshness standards, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide a photograph of the arrangement so we can assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
Full refund or replacement will be issues for undelivered order if due to our mistakes.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer. Redelivery fees may apply.
