1. Seasonal Substitution Policy

Flowers are a living, perishable product and are subject to seasonal and market availability.

  • Design Variations: While we always aim to match the photos and descriptions on our website, the exact arrangement may vary slightly.

  • Substitutions: If a specific flower, vase, or container is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style, theme, and color palette of the arrangement.

2. Delivery Policy

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details (including gate codes, business names, or apartment numbers).

  • Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not home, our drivers will use their discretion to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded area, or with a neighbor.

  • Incorrect Information: We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer. Redelivery fees may apply.

  • Extreme Weather: In cases of extreme weather (severe heat, storms, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule delivery to protect the integrity of the flowers.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

Because our products are perishable, we operate under a strict refund policy:

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may not be refunded, as the flowers may have already been cut or prepped.

  • Satisfaction & Freshness: If you receive flowers that are damaged or do not meet freshness standards, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide a photograph of the arrangement so we can assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, floral designs, logos, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Celan Flowers and Associates. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Celan Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Note on Allergies & Toxicity: Many flowers and plants are toxic to pets (e.g., lilies and cats) or may cause allergic reactions in humans. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the chosen arrangement is safe for the recipient's environment. We are not liable for adverse reactions to our floral or plant products.

This Legal Notice and any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State/Country of California, USA.
